Bartłomiej Bochenek is a specialist in the areas of corporate finance and investment, and holds a particular focus on financial modelling and analysis.
Currently, as Associate Investments at Griffin Real Estate, he is actively involved in developing new business opportunities in the real estate market across various sectors, such as logistics, residential and office. He is also engaged in the Griffin Property Finance fund, where his main focus is mezzanine financing of two logistics projects with nearly 200,000 m2 of GLA. His key responsibility is the day-to-day management as well as active participation in the strategic development of the projects in areas such as senior finance raising, restructuring and sale of the projects.
Bartłomiej was engaged, among others, in the acquisition of Murapol Group, where he was a part of the team responsible for managing the due diligence and streamlining the post-acquisition processes.
He has an excellent financial background, as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, which proves his strong understanding of advanced investment analysis and portfolio management skills. Prior to joining Griffin Real Estate, he worked in the Corporate Finance team of PwC, a global accounting and advisory firm. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
