CDI

Created in 2000, out of privatization of Domy Towarowe Centrum, it was one of the largest retail and real estate conglomerates in Poland at that time and quickly became a leading Polish high street retail and office developer. In the period of 2000-2015, it has developed 48 projects, amounting to ca. 1 m sqm retail and office space, predominantly in high street locations. The investment included redevelopment of 40,000 sqm retail and office space in WARS SAWA JUNIOR, the most central Warsaw high street building complex. The exit took place through the sale of the asset.
